Titan I'd buy in it's next generation
Tundra-next generation maybe
Dodge-even the Dodge dealers will tell you they have drivetrain QC issues & interior quality issues
Chevrolet-maybe, just never liked Chevrolet styling.

If your use is really that light, I'd consider a Honda Ridgeline, the reviews are all pretty good.
 
..I've had good service with my Dodge Dakota 4x4 5.2L. But would buy a Toyota before I'd buy a ford or chevy..with ford being the least desirable..based on our fleet usage.
