Troubleshooting PCIE slot, MSI Big Bang X58

Anyone have any hints for troubleshooting a PCIE slot that appears to not be functioning? It doesn't seem to recognize anything plugged into it. I've tried blowing it out with air and several different cards to check it through so far. Nothing else appears wrong with the MB, I've been using it for months in a heavy OC state stable. (I've tried it all at stock speeds as well.)

It has been my experience when you have a pic-e slot stop working, it is a problem with the board. Either move the card to a dif slot, or replace the board.

Thanks Burpo! I may just go back to my old MB then. No reason not to now, the OLD MB got me 4.8 stable on the 5650 so why not?
