as you can see from my sig my new computer arrived and its been running fine; however there are some things i am concerned about:

1) i just downloaded the latest drivers from nvidia, the 41.07 detonators. however i now get consistently lower scores in my performance test program. whats going on there? are they bad drivers in beta or something? this is performance test 4.0

2) im interested in overclocking, but it says the multiplier is 6.5 which stumps me.. shouldnt it be 15x133= 1995 for an axp 2400? and according to various analyzers its clock speed is 2005mhz... what's going on? its completely stock with the normal 133 bus.

once i get this resolved i would like to discuss overclocking...

Newer drivers don't always mean better performance. Sometimes they are released to address other issues.

The 2005mhz means that the 133 FSB is just a little fast right out of the box. The MB is already slightly overclocked from the factory.

my clock speed is fine. since i upped the fsb to 143 my clock speed is now 2148mhz. that would indicate a 15mult., but for some reason my multiplier reads as 6.5 (it functions at 15 though, that was my question). If anybody has an ASUS A7NX8 could you tell me what your default multiplier is?
