Troubleshooting my new crossfire system

I Decided to create a new computer a few months ago, So the first thing I did was decide to get an x1800 xt 512mb graphics card. Next I chose the Asus A8R-MVP crossfire ready motherboard. Then I went ahead and chose to get a AMD 64 4000+ socket 939 clawhammer processor, along with a western digital 74 gig 10,000 RPM raptor hard drive. After choosing what I wanted to get It was just a matter of waiting for Asus to release the motherboard to retailers. Finally after a few months of anticipation it was released. So naturally the first thing I ordered was the motherboard and the processor. Once I recieved the Mobo I checked the RAM compatability list in the manual and decided to order two gigs of Corsair pc 3200 DDR 400 XMS RAM. I also ordered everything else listed above when I got the RAM. I recieved everything and plugged it all into my new case the CoolerMaster Centurion 530, using great care and even wearing an anti static wrist strap. So having everything all hooked up I hit the power button, everything in the system powered on fine and all the fan where working and what not, only one problem, after waiting more than a minute there was no activity on the monitor and I had a blank and very disappointing screen staring back at me. I've tried three different monitors that I know work on other systems and also three different power supplies. One of which was a 650 watt silverstone, so obviously no lack of power to the system. Anyways I've tried just about everything I could, resetting the cmos on the motherboard jumpers, hooking it up out of the case with no peripherals which did not result in any beep codes even though it did not have RAM or processor hooked up. I've also sent in the motherboard and the processor and had them tested. And I know its not the graphics card because it runs fine on another pci express system which belonged to a friend of mine. The RAM is also fine and I'am using it in my old system right now, also like I say it is the model right off the motherboard manuals recommended RAM list. I've tried running the graphics card in the blue pci express slot with and without the MVP switch card, as well as in the black slot, none of these alternate configurations have yielded any results. Any suggestions or feedback is greatly appreciated.
