My last two days here at my weekend job have made me seriously considering quitting long before I was planning on doing so.

I am now speaking to a lady who insists she has a problem with her SLD. I have repeatedly called it DSL thinking she would catch on, but obviouly she belongs in SLD.

I also had to speak to her for 5 minutes discussing how to right click etc... does it never end?

This is SBC DSL for reference.

BTW, you guys know what SLD stands for, right?

Ah, at Best Buy I had a lady coming in who said she needed "a box." She refered to both computer monitors and computer towers as "boxes." I repeatedly tried to assert that a monitor is a monitor etc... But no, it's "a/the box." Frankly, to this day I'm unsure as to what she really needed.
