Troubleshooting Boot problem

Went to install new heatsink fan combo (MC462 Swiftec)in my KT7A-R w/ 1.33 bird and upon reinstall on mb get no post, all the fan, hd, monitor starts but no post. No beeps no nothing. Recheck and reseat everything same thing so I figuire I toasted mb. I figuire while I wait for rma I'll pick up new mb, this time K7T Turbo but upon install same problem, fans, hd, but no post. Try 3 different cpu's but still no post. Power supply? Any guesses.

Make sure your not shorting the motherboard against the case. Also make sure your memory is good.
