As I mentioned in the topic, I have a BE6-II 1.0 rev board. All of a sudden last night, it decided to crap out on me. When I turn the power on, its just a blank screen with no post. No beep tones what so ever. So I took the board out of the case, reseated everything, made sure the grounding was ok to the case. Still the same. I then hooked up another powersupply to see if that was the problem. Still nothing. I then plugged in a pci video card instead of the agp. Nothing. I have moved memory around, changed processors, and unhooked all drives. Any suggestions???

HELP!

I have done both of those suggestions. Left everything unplugged over night, and reset the bios numerous times. :(

Did you try changing memory? Trying another PSU? Check the capacitors near the slot 1 connector; are they melted, leaking brown fluid (you need to look carefully for this) or raised slightly on any side?
