troubleshoot some more event viewer errors please?

I got these two to deal with now... i've looked through the MSFT support knowledgebase, but I haven't been able to find anything. I found something somewhat related to the first one... but again they say that you need to contact the support people to get the patch... which pisses me off. Why can't they post the hotfixes on their site?

No prob. Win2k is very good to me, but I do like knowing just what the H3LL it is doing sometimes. Error messages get confusing to me.:confused:
