Troubles taking screenshots from a DVD movie

anyone got a guide for what i should do to capture screenshots from a DVD movie? I've read some faq's but i can't make it work....i'm using WinDVD under win98, geforce3 card. if I do a print screen I get a weird imagine that kinda follows what the movie shows and ....well it's hard to explain :/ but it's not working properly.

Windvd has a key you can use for capturing screenshots... I believe it's 'C' but I'm not sure. It's in the help file at any rate. I wouldn't try printscreen that's for sure.
