Trouble with q6600 to OC much at all...

750 Watt PSU .. forget what kind but it was a nice one ..

Armor tower with the huge fan on the side... 120mm fans front and back 80mm on the top..

PCI fan under video 8800 gtx ultra <-- hott card


I cant seem to get the cpu to OC at all hardly.. I am unlinking the cpu fsb from the cpu bus.

No idea what settings to change to get something out of this other then stock..

DDR2 Term 0.96v

Memory 1.87v

266 x 9.0 -multi

CPU 43c @ 100% on all cores 25c @ Idle

Thats about it... I got no idea why it doesnt want to let me raise the fsb at all...

I'm having the same problem but mine wont go over 3127 mhz.

Have you tried putting your mem to 2.0 V and upping the VTT some? The Vcore should be fine.
