trouble with pinnacle 100e

i use tv center 4.11

the problem is that the wizard that came wid the pinnacle
scans for channels but adds non and stops

no matter what i do and when i run the pinnacle main software i get a blank screen

please iam really pissed off invested about a 100$ please help me
 
i dont know whiether we can post these kind of questions here but sorry moderators

the pinnacle custom support is very cra**y and recently they have abolished it for the products i use
