Trouble with P4 system

I just bought a a retail P4 2.4BGHZ, Samsung 256 mb DDR 333, and a Refurbished MSI motherboard.

I believe it uses an AMI Bios. I install everything and boot up. I hear 1 beep but nothing on screen. Any one lnow what to do?
 
I would just check and make sure everything is seated properly, and start with just the CPU and ram in. I am not sure what MSI beep codes are, but they might be in the manual.

Refurbished motherboards are kind of risky some times, but who knows at this point if the board is still having problems.
