trouble with outlook express

I am running windows xp, and use outlook express for emails. Recently, when I try and send an email, It will start the spellcheck function, but then goes into trying to install microsoft picture-it! It then comes up with an error that it cannot install microsoft picture-it( which I already have)and asks if I want to continue. I then click ok and it asks if I want to send it although it has not been spell-checked. It is becoming very annoying. Any advice would be appreciated.
