Trouble with new Live! Drivers for XP

I just installed the new Soundblaster Live! drivers for XP and my sound is staticy and I'm not sure what to do. Could anyone give my any tips on how to remedy this problem?

are these the windows or creative ones?

They're the Creative ones from the website.

hmm, can't really help then as I'm using the windows WDM drivers without any problems!
