trouble with my new LCD

I recently bought a Hyundai L90D+ lcd to replace a Dell 17" crt. At first it was a little hard on my eyes(I have really sensitive eyes) but I'm really enjoying the new space. However, in the past few days I've noticed that if I adjust the contrast/brightness to certain levels, the right side appears lighter then the left. Its not much but if think about it, it really bothers me.

I'm just wondering if this is normal for lcds; is it common for them not to display the same brightness throughout? Do any other l90d+ users notice this(usually happens when brightness is set lower then 40).

Also, if this is an issue in where I should contact someone, should I try to get a replacement through zipzoomfly or contact Hyundai directly?

According to a review in Tom's Hardware the L90D+ brightness levels are very even across the whole viewing area.

I've noticed that, for instance, when the whole screen on my l90d+ is one color, the top will appear a different color than the bottom. I think its just the angle. There is a warranty card that came with the monitor in case you want to talk to them....ill pm you the info.
