Trouble with D-Link 624

I had my cable company do some upgrades to my cable and desl yesterday and since they left my D-link 624 does not work. My problem is that all of the lights stay on and it will not reset. I spent over an hour with D-links support and they were not able to fix the problem. We tried three or four different ways to reset it. My computer does not show a connection. Has anyone seen this before? Is my router junk? Could the cable company have done this?

I have DI-624. Guess you are using revD. There is a update firmware dude. That fixed!
