Trouble with 40.72 Drivers

I have downloaded the 40.72 dirvers for XP twice and cannot get the file to excute.
I have error messages each time I try to get the file to excute. Has anyone had this problem?

I tried downloading them twice from nvidia and had the same problem. Got them from guru3d.com and they were fine.
