Trouble with 3rd Hard Drive

I finally got my first build up and running a month ago and I'm still in the process of getting everything fine tuned. The big problem I have is that Windows does not list my third hard drive under the 'Hard Disk Drives' on My Computer. I am running two Raptors in raid on a NVIDIA raid controller and they work fine. When I go to 'Local Disk Properties' it shows my 160GB WD hard drive and it's location is on the same NVIDIA raid controller as the raptors. What do I need to do to have Windows recognize this disk as a stand alone so that I can save files to it?

If its is a blank drive, you will have to partition it.
Right Click on My Computer -> Manage, -> Disk Manangement -> Right Click on the Unpartition drive and select format.
If it says something about the drive not being initialized, initialize the disk as well
