trouble upgrading my firmware

All right all I have a tough one for you. I have a w-linx 401s router with old firmware. I have the newest firmware file (bin) (@ www.w-linx.com.tw/download/download.htm) but i cant find and upgrade firmware option anywhere on the router webpage. The manuel is only in German. If someone could help I'm at a loss. I went to babble fish and translated the manual. I found that there should be an upgrade firmware under Toolbox but there is not. my version is 1.86. anyways can anyone help. Thanks in advance.
