Trouble Ticket software

Hello, I'm looking for web based free/open source touble ticket/project managmenet software. Any suggestions? We are trying to keep it simple. It must be able to run on debian linux.

SugarCRM might fit the bill.

I've looked at Suger, but I think it might be a bit too complicated for our needs. I'd basically end up not using most of its features. However, I do plan to do a test install and try setting it up.

I too am looking for something on this... looking to set up a small trouble ticketing system for our office (70+ people) Free is ideal, cheap is fine too.
Any suggestions/input would be appreciated.
