Trouble telling if new Nvidia M2000M is faster than...

I've got the spring 2015 macbook pro which has an AMD Radeon R9 M370X which is OK but not awesome for me (I run 2 external 4K monitors off it). The kind of work I do involves video editing and code dev and debugging so it's not gaming but I do need good performance. I mostly run windows in parallels on it which limits me to about 10Gig of RAM

I'm considering getting one of these:

  • Lenovo P50s (Nvidia m2000m, 4GB)
  • Dell 7510 (Nvidia Quadro M2000M with 4GB GDDR5 dedicated memory)
  • Dell XPS15 (NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 960M with 2GB GDDR5)

Can anyone give me basic comparison (much faster, about the same, much slower, etc.) comparing them to my macbook pro with the R9 M370X?

I'm really confused reading the posts. One said the M2000M is much slower which seems odd that it's 4GB and newer.

Faster but a dubious upgrade. Both the M2000M and 960M should have similar performance.
