Trouble mounting Fan on Sp-97

I have this combo and I was wondering if you guys have any tips for setup of, Thermalright SP-97 with Vantec 92mm tornado, do you mount the fan the spinning portion right next to heatsink or the opposite flipped over instead, its a bit crammed in there and a pain in the butt any tips would be great.
