Trouble loading win 98

I keep getting an error when I try to load win 98se on my new computer.

Msgsrv32 caused a general protection fault in module SETUP.DLL ot 0004: 00005a40.

I have used the same disk and code manny times. I have just upgraded my system and thus had to set everything up again.

Specs:

FIC AZ11E mainboard
750 duron
32mb vision tek geforce 2
40 gb quantum fireball
generic 52x CDROM
400 Watt ps
512mb 133pc memman memory
