Hi guys ...
I follow from almost 6 years anandtech as spectator now I would like to join the comunity and I come to expose my question about ASUS M3A32 MVP DELUXE WI-FI based system.
My configuration :
PSU :
Cooler Master RS-A00-ESBA 1000W Real Power
Motherboard:
ASUS M3A32 MVP DELUXE WI-FI
CPU:
AMD Phenom 9600
RAM:
4x KINGSTON KVR667D2N5/2G - DDR2 667Mhz 2048MB
HD:
4x Western Digital Caviar WD3200AAJS 320GB Sata II
OS:
WIndows Vista Ultimate 64bit
Video Cards:
2x ASUS EAH3870
Now that my configuration you know I go to explain you my problem.
Initially the system didn't perform the boot with all banks of memory. Without sending forth some beeps.
Removing one was possible to start it, of it however it was not possible to install the operating system in as for the moment of the POST it remaines in black screen.
After having adjourned the BIOS to the version 0801 and to have changed the four banks memory with some other equal but of another stock. The system is bootable with 8GB and im able to join the bios to check the correct memory size.
But during the boot without entering the bios the problem of the black screen it remains always.
I have tried to replace the PSU with this other Enermax Galaxy EGA1000EWL - 1000 W. NOK
I have tried to subsequently start the system with an only video card and then with an entry level video card:
Asus GeForce 6200 TC and
Ati Sapphire Radeon HD2400 Pro and
Ati Sapphire Radeon X1650Pro
without any result !
Tried to change with other five mother cards to another batch of production.
I have tried to disable all accessory option like as wi-fi, raid settings, virtualization bios enviroment and other...
To the moment I have 35 unusable machines for this problem. The client you cannot imagine you how much angry is, they are destined to an internet point for extreme players.
Besides the service clients asus doesn't leastly respond and doesn't have active agents in my country (italy) to resolve the matter.
Without shade of doubt I won't sell based machine anymore on mother cards asus!
