First thing to note: I am a linux newbie. So be gentle.
Trying to install Flash 6 for Mozilla 1.4.1. Download, tar, install, all seem to go fine. The files that should have been installed into the plugins directory are there. Installed as root. Yet Flash is not working, and does not show up under the plugins list in Mozilla. Any ideas? Followed the install directions on the Flash site with no errors, but Flash still not registered as a plugin.
By the way, I'm running Fedora Core 1.
