Trouble installing adobe software

Hi

I am trying to install Adobe audition. I uninstalled previous version. I used Ashampoo uninstaller and regcleaner to clean registry. Still it's giving me error and asking me to uninstall previous version. What setup is checking? What should I use to clean up? I do have Adobe CS3 master collection installed.
