try getting a copy of the ami flash utility (and perhaps the rom file as well) from someplace other than where you got them from this time. You may need to use a older version of the flashing utiltity to work with your motherboard.

I use the amifl827 flash utility program which I downloaded from the msi website. It was the only program that worked with windows 2k.

Go back to http://www.bootdisk.com
and download the DrDos 7.X Disk for flashing basic - no drivers

Format a floppy and run the drdflash.exe file to write to drive a:

Download the most recent HoneyX OC BIOS from here
You can also download the aminf336 from the same site. This OC bios seems to be better
than the cheepo bios and newer release. I would suggest the 1209b version for K7S5A Pro mobo
even if you have 1.0 or 3.0 mobo. Copy the .rom and the aminf336 to the DrDos Flash disk and
run from the a:
aminf336.exe xxxxx.rom

After you flash, you may still get a error message. If you do just hit F1 and enter the bios and
load the optimized defaults. Reboot, Shut down the PC and clear the cmos jumper. Power ON
and enter the BIOS and set it to your preferences.
