trouble downloading mini netstat

Hi,

I want to download Mini Netstat from download.com or techrepublic.com.

When I try to download with Star Downloader I get file not found. I have also experienced when trying to download with Star Downloader that it will download the URL or link instead of the actual software file.

I can download the file with IE's download software but when I try to open the file I get a message saying that the software used to create the file cannot be found so the file cannot be opened.

It seems like I always have trouble downloading from download.com--but somehow--filehippo seems to work (I can't figure this out why)

Can anybody offer any advice as to what I am doing wrong?
