Trouble Detecting 2nd graphics card

Hi,

I'm in the middle of a new computer build, and I'm having trouble once I try to install a second graphics card.

MBO - ASUS P8Z68-V LX
GPU 1 - GTX 560TI SC
GPU 2 - GTX 260
CPU - I5-2500k
PSU - Corsair 750W

I have no problems running off of GPU 1. However I want to add GPU 2 for a dedicated physx card. Due to size constraints, I have GPU1 plugged in to the PCI 2 slot (black on ASUS board) and the dedicated physx card (GPU 2) plugged into the PCI 1 slot (blu). I have the latest drivers and everything updated. In device manager, I only see the 560Ti under video adapters.

I'm aware that this MBO does not support SLI, however I had thought that I could still run a dedicated card without that feature.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
