Trouble Connecting Wireless Router To Another Router.

I just got a Linksys Wireless G Router and a Linksys PCI B adapter for another computer downstairs. I setup the wireless router to connect to the internet, my computer thats connected to the wireless with a cat 5 cable connects fine but when I use the computer downstairs with the wifi B adapter, it connects to the router but I can't access the internet. It has a 60%+ signal strength and its connected but when I launch Internet Explorer it won't load any pages. I tried inputting the IP address and using the auto configured IP address but it wont load.

The Cable modem is connected to a Linksys Router and split into 3 other computers, the line comming from the linksys router to my room is connected to the new Wireless G Router and then into my computer with a cat 5 wire. I'm frustrated beyond belief with all this garbage, can someone please help me

Connect the wireless router (using a standard port, not the WAN port) to the wired router (using a standard port also) using a crossover cable. Disable DHCP on the wireless router.
