Every time I turn the computer on from a cold rest, the monitor gets no signal and the comp does not seem to do anything after turning on the fans. I turn off the PSU with its switch and then turn it back on and the comp powers on normally. Then BIOS will halt the POST to say "Overclocking failed! Please enter setup to reconfigure..."
I'm not overclocking. Winchester 3200+ @ stock, OCZ Powerstream 420. Latest (1009) BIOS is installed.
Other problems: if I set the voltage to what should be stock for my CPU (1.5V), then CPU-Z shows it as being ~1.7V; same when set to 1.475V in BIOS. It is only when I set it to 1.45V in BIOS where the temp becomes normal and CPU-Z shows the correct value (1.45V). And CPU-Z is probably correct because the CPU temp goes from about 30-35C at 1.45V to 50-55C at 1.7V.
I don't know whether this board is malfunctioning or if it's something I'm doing.
Any help would be appreciated.
