trouble accessing Cisco PIX via HTTPS

I know I can do it via telnet, but I need to access via HTTP in this case.
I'm opening in IE, but I get an "Exception: Java.security.accesscontrolException:access denied" error in the pop up window

whats odd is I can get it to work on one PC, but not countless others.

what version of pix software are you running, and what version of pdm?

PDM is version 3.0(2)
I get to the login screen prompting for user name/password, which I enter then in the ensuing pop-up it gives me that error in the IE status bar on the bottom

jave is entirely up-to-date
if anything its out of date I'd think in the working machine.
