Or maybe it is just because troops are no longer needed in Baghdad as there is now an effective police force. This is not a total pullout. There were some 600 "bases", that is being reduced to 30-40.
It seems no matter what is done with the troop levels and placing, there will always be someone with something to complain about.

I completely agree! Those ungrateful Iraqi's on tv are always complaining about Americans being there, its as if they they didn't want us there in the first place!
