Best part of the movie!!!

I saw Tron in a private (state of the art, 100-seat) theater and asked the projectionist to crank the volume to max. The place was jamming!

I watched Tron: Legacy again last night in 3D. Lack of any great 3D aside, I gave the soundtrack more of a listen this time after seeing some others rant about it. It's a decent soundtrack that fits in with the "technopunk" (not even sure that's a real term :p) aspect of the movie.

Certainly one of the best soundtracks I have ever heard.

Fits perfectly within the movie. And the LFE is insane.

CLU: You promised we would finish Crysis together! You broke your promise!

Flynn: I know I understand that now

CLU: I took the system to it's maximum potential! I created the perfect system to play Crysis!

Flynn: The thing about Crysis is that its terrible, Its stupid but its in those PC mags all the time! ... I'm sorry CLU... I'm sorry

Nice :D

Why do people think everything Daft Punk touch can turn into gold?

The movie was crap, the soundtrack was boring on its own, but it worked very well in the last Top Gear series.

I thought it was great the first time I heard it, but then the next few times I realized it was kind of boring and all sounded exactly the same.

Or they have a different opinion than you do.

yeah, but there's a difference between a retarded opinion and a more accurate opinion.

for example:

opinion 1: "sarah palin is totally spot on"

opinion 2: "sarah palin is a fucking idiot"

clearly, opinion 2 is more accurate.

Yeah, you can get off DP's dick anytime now...it was a decent album but overall conservative and derivative Daft Punk. Of electronic soundtracks, I actually preferred the one done by Chemical Brothers for "Hanna". But hey...opinions.

yeah, but there's a difference between a retarded opinion and a more accurate opinion.

for example:

opinion 1: "chiropractors are totally spot on"

opinion 2: "chiropractors are fucking idiots."

clearly, opinion 2 is more accurate.

I suppose I can agree with that logic.

Please don't edit quotes to turn them into personal attacks. Thanks -AdminDrPizza

I think most of the sound track is good, a couple of songs I really like. Now when you put the soundtrack to the movie - I love it!

What really sucks is that there isn't a truly complete album available for purchase.
This is what's missing :

ENCOM - Part I
ENCOM - Part II
Separate Ways (Worlds Apart)
Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)
Round One
Father and Son
Outlands - Part II
Reflections
Castor
Sea of Simulation
Sunrise Prelude

I've been listening to this soundtrack (one that I compiled on my own with all the missing tracks) for the past 6 months now almost daily :D
