We have been advised that Fox3a has agreed to keep the card, and this matter is now completly resolved. Our thanks to all who worked to reach this resolution.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of other FS forums out there.

I really doubt, after reading all that went down, that he WILL keep it. :(

So the buyer was the troll? Wow, talk about irony. :Q

No the buyer was fine, until he decided to become a seller.

That's what I meant. :)
First time I've read about someone lying about a defective item, tis a shame.

so what's to prevent this from happening again? So if you're selling a part that is verified to work but the buyer gets remorse and just doesn't want it so he breaks it and says it's broken, so the seller would refund?

the buyer in this case obviously was trying to sell something that was broken or returning something that was non defective and if it weren't for those blatant posts selling the items, it would've been tough to decide who was the troll.

I can't believe I read that whole thread. I figured fox3a was a clueless brat all along, the line about not being able to use the camera because his daddy wouldn't let him pretty much confirmed it.

stuff like this really makes me want to make a combined DNT list. People seem to read dumbasses a lot. I want to add a section where people can add bad traders/trolls and such. Gimme a PM with alink to the thread and I'll add it to a list all sorted out with a breif explanation and all that.

The top thread of ATOT works, but a lot of times, small threads in atot pop up and then they're not a troll, but then they're just not good traders and people shouldn't have to deal with them.

Same thing with bad ebay sellers.
