The Trojan-enz have a reservoir receptacle at the end (about the size of the tip of your pinky finger) to prevent filling up the condom and it bursting.

I swear by them.

NOTE:
The "pinky finger" comment refers to the size of the receptacle at the tip, NOT the size of the condom itself. *holds up middle finger*
