msas found it today and i removed it and restarted my laptop, but it keeps coming back,

anyone have any insight on what this is or what the problem is?

i cant figure it out.

found a little help on google and im trying that, but im asking here too.

update::: seems to be linked to ddcya.dll in IE

been there. i dunno what i am looking for. thought it might have been vundo trojan, but i tried there fix and the thing is still there.
