Ok Norton Antivirus found this on my system in two files

BB.class
VerifierBug.class

Now my question is what could this trojan have done to my PC? What steps should I take to correct it/get rid of it (probably should change passwords?)?

Also repairing always fails so that leaves having Norton delete the file or using my system recovery CD and reloading the Norton ghost image of my HD before it was infected?

*edit* As of right now both files are quarantined.
