Black Rock City Does not exist 51 Weeks of the year. Yet once populated it's the second largest city in Nevada, reaching a population of over 50,000. I was speaking of naked women in general.

I don't watch TV and when I do it's a movie channel. So, no I haven't seen the E! coverage of the event. I read the description and it sounds like some sort of New Age Revival.
