Visual Trivia

I'm participating in a little trivia contest and I need as much information as possible about all the pictures on that website. Any information you can give is appreciated. Thanks.

#4: Hail Mary in Algerian (thanks CurtisEBear)

It was often accompanied with the image of a face with a long nose and two big round eyes with small dot eyeballs peeking over a wall or a line representing a wall. Everything else, except sometimes his fingers gripping the top of the wall, was hidden behind the wall itself.(thanks FoBot)
#11: The Atom Smasher at Rockaway Playland which played a starring role in the 1952 film "This is Cinerama." (thanks again CurtisEBear)

#16:

  • 3. Julie Andrews
    4. Natalie Wood
    5. Audrey Hepburn
    7. Donna Reed

    8. Barbara Streisand
    9. Shirley Jones

#3 is the dog "Blue" from Blue's Clues , a kid show

#1 looks familiar , but i can't place her

#8 looks like a scene from the PC game "Pocahontas" , its a Disney game for PC for kids, in one scene you have to identify all of the animals from another scene, or i guess it could be from any "name that animal" type thing

#9 reminds me of that "Kilroy was here" thing from way back , like WWII of whenever it was

#14 looks familiar to my 9 year old, think it is from a kids book, my wife might remember, check back later

#15 looks kinds like humpty dumpty, but that other cheese looking guy, i don't know

#16, the women in the upper right looks like natellie (sp?) wood , from way back like from Rebel without a cause, her early movie career and the women in the middle, #5 looks like audrey hepburn, from "My Fair Lady"

#17 looks like the Santa Fe Trail or more specifically, the 12 locations where the "Pioneer Mother/Madonna of the Trail" monuments are located along the Santa Fe Trail , yeah, check this
link
The first monument was dedicated on July 4, 1928, in Springfield, Ohio. Within nine months, all 12 "Madonnas" were in place and dedicated. Their locations, from east to west, is as follows: Bethesda, Maryland; Beallsville, Pennsylvania; Wheeling, West Virginia; Springfield, Ohio; Richmond, Indiana; Vandalia, Illinois; Lexington, Missouri; Council Grove, Kansas; Lamar, Colorado; Albuquerque, New Mexico; Springerville, Arizona; and Uplands, California.

hey i got a couple of them....

#11:

The Atom Smasher at Rockaway Playland played a starring role in the 1952 film
"This is Cinerama." The Atom Smasher featured the NAD trains, that are arguably
the best coaster trains to ever be built.

I hope this helps...

#4:

It's the Hail Mary in Algerian,
specifically of the Mozabite(Mzab Berber). Also worth
noting is it's part of the Five Glorious Mysteries.
It's name over there is Salam Mariama. That's pretty
much all I got on it, still working on the others

Alright guys, thanks a lot!
I am teamed up with CubicZirconia on this Trivia thing... and we both appreciate all of your input!
It's too bad the site can't handle more traffic... we are working on that.
Thanks again!

D'oh, silly me. I only quickly scanned FoBots posts to see if he answered this one, failing to read even your original post the last time around.
