K i just woke up sorry if this is incoherent, i dont have my glasses on either.
My dad called and woke me up cause he is trying to win some prizes from some weird contest.
He has to guess 'what rats were trained to do' ( he said it would be something crazy ) at columbia university. its NOT the implanted electrode climb up walls thing.
the only hint given out is " Harpers Index "
Any help would be appreciated cause i would much rahter be sleeping than doing this.
