But there are exceptions - if you're indoors and the lights are out or you're wearing gloves or have your fingernails painted...

There are no exceptions for neutrinos that I'm aware of.
 
with that many of them surely some must be related and i'm glad they are not a troublesome lot. imagine what they could accomplish if they all became polarized on a common goal !!
thats all we need is a mass of religious neutrinos running around loose on the planet 🙂
