On the "Act II" bag of popcorn, it has the nutrition facts for both an unpopped and the popped bag (both for the whole bag). It's all the same ingredients before and after it's popped, why would it change? Apparently 10 calories, 7% sodium, and 1% of the carbs disappear in the popping process. Hmmm... maybe they're assuming that some stuff sticks to the bag. Nope -- somehow 4% iron is created in the popping process as well. So cooking transforms some of the calories, sodium, and carbs into iron. why?!
