So a few days ago I was thinking, man how come they just dont make RPG's as awesome as they used to. Im talking the amazing games like Shining Force 1,2, Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy 2/3(US) and Secret of Mana and most of the old Squarsoft lineup.
I previously tried to install these roms on my computer a long time ago, but never really liked playing them with a keyboard. However it hit me, use my xbox 360 controller, its a perfect USB gaming keypad! Right now im just past battle 10 on Shining Force 2 and I honestly cannot think of any game that I like more. Plus using the 360 controller, the digital pad + ABXY,LB and RB make it almsot identical to a more comfortable Super Nintendo/Genesis Controller. Not to mention on an airplane/travelling, these games are perfect, because they use very little processing power, just bring a laptop and a 360 controller.
*note* remember it is illegal to run a ROM of a game you never owned
