Tripods - what's the difference between these two?

Why is this $40 cheaper than this? Specs are very similar. Is the Bogen/Manfrotto really constructed that much better? I just need it to hold a D80 w/ 18-135 which only weighs about 2.5 lbs, so both are plenty strong in that regard.

yeah, but the Bogen is more compact when folded.
