Tripod Recommendations

What do you recommend?

The cheaper the better, but i don't want something "too" cheap

 

I think a good monopod is much more useful than a tripod.

Im gonna be taking pictures mainly at the beach/skyway bridge/sunsets/ and at night..... I don't think i would really need a monopod...
