Triple Buffering in D3D9

I know there's a way to do this; i've seen it posted before, but search sucks, soo...
How do you force triple buffering in D3D based games?
I thought it was RivaTuner or nHancer, but neither have this option.

Rivatuner has it and it is the easiest way. Look in the riva program files/tools for D3D overider. Activate and it will force it. Make sure you have it enabled at the driver level.
