Hi,
Currently I'm dual booting win2k/Mandrake 8.0 and I'd like to ass win98Se to that. I'm going to be reformatting, but I was wondering if any of you have any suggestions on the order in which I should do this. I'm thinking of using FDisk to break my HD into a C: 2 GB(for win98) and D: 7 GB for win2k. Then I was going to use Mandrake's diskdrake to resize the 7 GB partition and add mandrake to that. Anyone have any thoughts on that??? Then I was going to use Lilo as the boot manager. Think this will work!??! Thanks.

avoid lilo....go with grub...much more flexible with large partitions, etc.

I basically have the same setup. Different partition sizes, but it has 98, 2000, and Mandrake 8.
I used the FAQ that IcemanJer referred to and did NOT use lilo. I kept the Win2000 boot menu and it works great.

The installation order should be 98, 2000, Mandrake.
