Triple boot??

currently i'm running a win 98 SE/ win 2k professional dual boot, and i was thinking of install linux to play around with. i've created a linux partition and a linux swap partition, and now just wondering will the linux installer (Mandrake 8.0) take care of my triple booting or do i have to configure this myself... because i don't want to install linux and then not being able to get into win2k again...~

oh and btw i can't seem to find boot.ini on my computer... is this a problem?

yeah when you install mandrake it will prompt you to install it's own boot loader. it will prompt you with around 3 or 4 boot sequence types.. if it didn't detect your windows partitions you'll need to know what they are labeled as (hda1 or hda2 or hda7, etc) and add them to the list using the 'add' button.

mandrake does all but wipe your ass while installing it..and if you screw up just boot off your win2k cd and delete the linux partitions.

Open Explorer, go to View, Folder Options, View and enable "Show all files". Don't forget to uncheck all the "hide" options there too.
