Triple and Quad shielded cables

Will these make a difference? I don't seem to be experiencing any ghosting but I'm having some sort of EMI problem of dancing/wavy lines on my Radeon 8500 to my HDTV.

Unplug the cable from the Coax connection on the back of the TV
